We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with any item, simply contact us, to let us know. Return it back within 15 days of receipt for a full refund of the cost (minus the shipping charge).
When returning an item, we recommend that you use a shipping method that provides proof of delivery. This proof of delivery will help you to retain your refund if the item is lost during delivery. The return postage is nonrefundable. Once we receive the item we will authorize a refund and you'll receive an email confirmation through Square (our payment processor) that your refund is being processed.
We are based in sunny, Southwest Florida, so that's where all orders will be shipped from. We ship orders within 3 to 5 business days by USPS (US Postal Service) Priority Mail. Tracking is provided with this services.
International friends - if you would like to inquire about purchasing any of our art, please contact us with the name of the artwork and the destination country. We'll reply back with the shipping costs and details. We'll be happy to email an invoice though our shop that will allow you to pay with a credit card if you'd like.

Your privacy is important to us. Information that is collected at the time of a sale is to complete the sale and deliver our art to you. We use return email addresses to send shipping confirmation notices. When you register for our newsletter, your information is only used to keep you informed of new art and special events.
We do not obtain access to your credit card account number from our payment processor.

Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
